tokens are just hyperliquid and infinitely fractional versions of NFTs. a lot of NFT products from the 2021 cycle might have simply just chosen the wrong primitive and would pop off with tokens instead my guess is people want to trade more than they want to collect.?

I think collecting and trading are one and the same. Collecting just means that you are happy with no bid.
