Decentralizing channels work in progress

We're planning a 2 phase migration for decentralizing channels:

1. Clean up Warpcast-only channel features — next week or so
2. Decentralize into the protocol — 2-3 months

I expect many more tools like @automod to be built in this new paradigm.

- Hosted channel bots
- Open source channel bots
- Manual curation clients
- Or channels opt for no moderation (but give up control of the main feed algo)
