Controversial take: - Coinbase Wallet (on iOS and Chrome) is the worst wallet I've ever used - Coinbase Smart Wallet (Passkey) on the other hand is one of the best (after Phantom)

is this controversial? i think this is known and is also why the base team merged with the wallet team and has repeatedly said that they're heads down focusing on revamping the wallet experience

That's welcome news. I did not know this! It seems logical to merge or at least mirror the wallet experience. The Coinbase SDK is great. Hopefully they take the brave leap of open-sourcing a version of their wallet UI as well. I still use Metamask out of loyalty. Also Brave has mostly eliminated the need for a separate wallet app in my life.
