Filtering is undoubtedly a necessary tool for any project to grow and improve its objectives. However, when specific rules have already been communicated to users, they should be reviewed based on community feedback and surveys.

Implementing sudden rule changes without considering prior commitments can harm both the project and its users.

I completely agree. I don't understand why he was punished for acting within the rules. Shouldn't he present the new rules to everyone as a warning at the beginning of the next season, not at the end of the season, and then punish the violators? If he continues like this, I think he should immediately unlock all banned users. It's not an allowance for service by engagement, but we are taking the risk and locking up our funds.
