From me and my crystals. I have 7 chakra crystals and some extra charging on the selenite plate. 

Usually before I meditate in the morning I let my intuition choose which crystal is the best to meditate with that day.

my sense of meditation changed over the time but I used to heavily!! and also used them for rituals and alchemy too

I merge their energetic filed to mine so they can fulfill their mission while I get my manifestation hehe
