Itβs the largest hot spring in the us and the 3rd in the world. It's about 113 meters across - bigger than a football field, and over 37 meters deep. Scientists love studying the Grand Prismatic cuz the microbes living there are similar to some of the earliest life forms on Earth π§ͺ
