How do you upload your video and they remain high quality? I upload mine and they look washed out 😭😭

I use capcut and i export 1080 quality. On other socials is uploading just fine but here colors are always washed out

How are you exporting? 

Compression can kill your vid so it’s better to do it yourself before upload so you can control the quality
