Thanks for sharing. It’s valuable to understand both perspectives. At the macro level it’s hard to disagree with.

Tactically how “common sense laws” have been applied is a more nuanced discussion and imho leaves room for improvement.

I’m glad to see the lawsuits forcing greater regulatory clarity.
