One of the toughest but smooth decisions I made this year was to transition into project management (and settle with it) after dabbling into software development, cybersecurity, web3 auditing and technical writing. While making that decision things I considered; . Do I really want to ? . Was it going to be worth it (monetarily) ?

. Was this just because I didn't have a laptop or I wanted to really do this ? . Was it for the money ? . Can I do this for a very long time ? . Would I be fulfilled while doing this and would this sponsor my purpose ? And a few other questions... I didn't have all the answers and I still don't, but I made the decision, why ?

. It resonated with my personality and character . I could start even without a laptop (at least till I get one) . And all the knowledge I had gathered were not going to be a waste rather it gives me an advantage. . And finally it wouldn't disturb my God given purpose. Yeah those were the basis on which i took my decision

It's been 2 months now officially working as a project manager, I volunteered for 2 projects currently ongoing and I'm loving the whole process from discussing creative ideas with devs, to planning the project, to talking to stakeholders etc. All has been so lively. I'm not one to make decisions, so this is like my first major decision and I made it and I'm loving it.
