Sharing my wife’s research on rapamycin and its effects on aging, published in The Lancet this month. TLDR: positive on cardio system, immune system and skin. No serious adverse effects in healthy ppl. Long term effects and most other systems understudied. Link below:

Thank you for this! Anecdotally, my 15.5 years old dog is on rapamycin and the results are astonishing. He is so happy and his body looks like he went 10 years backward— used to be thick, now he looks athletic again.

He is half dachshund / half beagle. Rapamycin started December 2022. Immediately he was more energetic and since then he got his narrow dachshund waist back
