yea mostly wanting to minimize regret. make sure i do everything “correctly”.

put down the correct %, ask the right questions, not jump the gun.

Don’t be afraid to walk if you change your mind after going under contract, assuming you have legitimate concerns. Nobody’s going to force you to buy a house
