Anyone remembers solidity++ is this still a thing ?

Anyone managed to update to 0.4 successfully ? I keep on getting timeouts on every action cause of 5s timeouts 
Even examples need 5.6secs minimum

Do Frames have local storage in cache? Like if a have a react component as frame could I store sensitive info in localStorage ? trying to find a way to make on chain actions without asking the user to pass me his private key
