What’s the one thing you always make time for, no matter how busy life gets?

For me, it’s my solitude. I make sure to carve out a little “me” time every day. This is when I get the chance to think, reflect, and hopefully improve. Most days, this happens during my daily walks, but even if I miss those, I’ll find another way to fit in some solo time.

For me, it's going to the gym, it doesn't matter if I work until 10 pm  , I do 10 to 12 exercises or when I need to rest. I am enjoying the video game , it makes my mind open
