can anyone suggest an almost daily alternative to the popular linear progression power lift based programs out there? with the 3 or 4 day-a-week programs, i too frequently have to cut my workout short. i think my ideal would be ~45 min workouts ~5 days a week :)

whats your current split and whats the biggest pain point for you rn, just time?

mostly the time constraint! i find it easier to schedule and more energizing to do, say, mon-fri, 45 min workouts than 3 days a week of 5x5 or something. right now trying out GZCLP 4 day, which has been solid thus far
