Bans Update

We're applying bans as we wrap up Season 12. In Season 13, all bans will be reset, giving everyone a fresh opportunity to earn tips.

At the end of each season, we'll reevaluate activity using a rule-based analysis of our choosing to weed out behavior that closely aligns with farming. To prevent gaming the system, we won't announce rules in advance but will use various techniques to monitor how tips are being distributed.

Locking my Degen for the sole incentive of having tips to give out just doesn’t do it for me, y’all. I kept locking because of the @mcdegen feature, which was a publicly encouraged use of tips and allowed me to have a pseudo-staking mechanism.

Honestly, I think it makes a lot more sense to just give a tip allo to all holders, and don’t require a lock for it. Now I’m regretting locking up for another 3 months because the rules changed on me, and the only incentive left isn’t a very good one.

Just a thought, but when the rules change like this, I think we should be allowed to unlock our tokens early.
