It’s easy. Click on your name top left corner, then where you’ve got ‘casts’ ‘casts and replies’ ‘nfts’… click on NFTs. Then click on the nft you like - then you can click on ‘set as pfp’

I think it needs to be done on a desktop browser. Just download the gif from zora/opensea and maybe use and online resizer
