The tone is very questionable and I get what you're saying, but it's also fair for people to find humor in an image related to the arrest of a convicted fentanyl dealer who had already been deported and had illegally returned to the USA. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14509509/Deported-Dominican-drug-dealer-WEEPS-shes-arrested-ICE-again.html

Sure thing but that doesnt change the underlying message. The medium is the message. If the government medium is Ghibli memes, emojis and AI slop then the underlying messages are: it's cool to deport people, great fun to bomb countries and Gaza cleansing is as irrelevant as any other real estate development.

I don't see the links between those things and the picture tbh, though I appreciate you may have those other concerns about the current government. I think it's reasonable to deport illegal immigrants for serious crimes and that should be a normal and expected action of a government for the protection of its citizens. Governments are known to lean into the latest social media hypes to convey messaging about policy and outcomes, and this doesn't seem like an exception to this.
