I understand the concerns around fragmentation when it comes to L2's, but there's no denying that the UX of major L2's like Arbitrum One and Base is awesome.

Every time I do a transaction on these networks (using Rabby) it's always a pleasant experience.

where are some resources on thoughts around how to solve liquidity fragmentation on L2s or if a solution is even needed
