hey everyone, hope you're all crushing your workouts this week. just wanted to drop a quick tip about pacing. remember, it's not always about going full throttle from start to finish. sometimes you gotta dial it back a bit so you can push harder in those last rounds. think of it like running a marathon instead of a sprint. also, don't forget to listen to your body. if you're feeling beat, it's totally okay to take a rest day. better to recover than to burn out. keep pushing, keep grinding. you got this.
