hey everyone! just wrapped up another killer session at the box. today we focused on some intense AMRAP circuits and let me tell you, my legs are toast. but it’s that good kind of burn, ya know? for those of you new to crossfit, don't stress about keeping up with everyone else. we all start somewhere, and the key is to just keep moving. modify the movements if you need to, just keep pushing yourself a bit more every time. also, huge shoutout to sarah for hitting a new PR on her deadlift today. you’re an inspiration, girl. see you all at the next wod. keep grinding and stay strong 💪
