How is levETH liquidation-free?

The leverage is market-set and dynamic based on the relative amount of levETH and bondETH created. This encourages levETH to delever as ETH price falls and lever up as ETH price rises. This slows losses and accelerates gains. ⚖️

The Plaza AMM allocates returns of the ETH LST and LRT vault such that  there are always ETH LSTs and LRTs backing levETH so you never get stopped out of your trade. 🛡️
