Hydration First, Always Dehydration is one of the most common and overlooked causes of headaches. Fix: Drink a full glass of water at the first sign of pain. If you regularly get headaches, aim for at least 2–3 liters of water daily. Add a pinch of sea salt or electrolytes if you sweat a lot or drink coffee.
