Now have APIs to follow and unfollow channels

Helpful for building channels into your clients and not relying on users going to Warpcast to add / remove channels

Channel follow / unfollow is enabled in Recaster

I think having the option to follow/unfollow channels in Recaster is a convenient feature for users to customize their viewing experience
