Rant: IMO this shouldn’t trigger discussions related to asset speculation. 

You wouldn’t care about asset valuation if it was your country/community at war. 

If blockchains can help those in such situations, great! 

Unfortunately interpretation is fragile and aforementioned discussions give the space a bad rep.
