The gym is such a great activity. Mine is super close and it's right next to the grocery store so it's easy for us to run in and out but honestly, it's just so worth it. I'm more tired on days I go, so I sleep a million times better. I suspect murdery vibes are being held in check by all the amazing vibes on here.
