Good mornig. I liked the question. Being an artist is hard. For example, someone who does street drawings under the code name Banksy is an artist in my opinion. However, those who do street graffiti are caught in the borders of vandalism to a considerable extent. There is a very fine line. Perhaps the most important thing is where the graffiti is done... Like natural and historical places that need to be protected. No matter who does it in places that need to be protected, what they do cannot be called art. This is the most important part.
