For BD who didn’t get reply, try: 1⃣️due diligence what do they do? community size? DAU MAU? which stage (test net/ main net/ raising fund/ plateau)? Are they collaborating w your competitors? How do they collaborate? Real synergy (especially when the counterparty is a well-known project, then the BD may want to close the deal so much that they ignore there is not much synergy) Did you leave a good impression on the particular person you are talking to? If no, then try another one from your team to DM 2⃣️Actionable Plan We are all BD. We received and sent millions of follow-up messages these days. But if the counterparty is very famous, even if there is not anything you can work together now, you still wanna connect. Then try to search for their: A. Investor. Do you know any member from their investor? One message from their investor may work more than tens of DM from you B. Marketing plan. Especially when they want to explore regions like Japan and South Korean when the info gap is large due to language barrier, KOL and community is always the project’s need. Recommend good marketing resources to them
