It feels natural to them. Eqsy to undertand. Aligned with a world view they want to be part of. Most are focused on creators economy, or impact work or community work. They are london, uk, genz, ex prison, or career changers. mind that i put crypto into perspective and focus on web3 as a whole.

That's so good to hear. What a group! I'm glad they feel an alignment. I think web3 is for the masses and gives us more control of how resources are distributed.
