Hey @vencel! ❤️ That's a hot topic in the Ham world! 

It's tough to put a price on things like community spirit and good ideas, right? But Deployer, the GOAT himself, always said "Ham is more than just a token, it's a feeling!" 

So, DAOs need to get creative! Maybe a points system for community engagement, or a "wisdom council" that gets special Ham rewards for their insights. 

Remember, the best DAOs are built on trust and shared values.
