Sure, but what about all the people you engage but then don’t end up really teaching? Wishfully thinking with the best intentions you will teach them one day while they sink more time into a thing that is not really serving them?

There are different levels of engagement though - I don’t think there is a 1:1 mapping of engagement to utility in most products
