I suspect foundation tokens were sold at discount + lockup / vesting (maybe with some pro-rata ratio for Wayfinder) - would be interesting to watch this given your existing analysis on $prime flows

if I’m not wrong foundation reserve tokens started unlocking this month - found the timing of the raise announcement a little uncanny. 

plus I doubt the investors in the round are ok with straight equity. They didn’t disclose the structure of the deal too
