He has led the 5th largest economy in the world. I love what he has done with housing (aka parking and zoning) even though we have not seen the fruit of it yet. He is super articulate, could run anyone off a debate stage, and runs a tight admin which gets shit done. He looks too slick by half. But looks are not much

Housing policies are essentially parking and zoning problems. Parking and zoning problems are almost all local, so yeah. If there was freer parking regulations then affordable housing would never be a problem. I would really really recommend this book about parking.
