Very interesting read. Provenance proof is very important in cases for digital arts, especially for digital/virtual museum. Traditionally most museum would display history and biography of an artifacts. There's no way to verify if this was true at the moment. This can fix that

Appreciate it! I'm curious if anyone feels like there are other properties that exist for digital properties besides the 3 presented here (what/who/when).

Is there a way to verify the original owners of digital properties? Also "where" is missing. Where denotes location. A way to verify digital arts originated from a particular location or region. What do you think?

"Where" cannot be verified as a fundamental property. It can only be conveyed through a combination of authorship signature. This will begin to click when you realize 99.9% of digital timestamps (ie Docusign, wikipedia changes, github commits) are simply trusted authorship signatures
