We use lactose free, so the dates are a little further out, and it's usually gone before the expiration date.

They mostly use the daily pills when they want to eat ice cream or reg daily stuff.

Gotcha, I’m blessed and no one in my family of 5 has any food allergies 🙏🏼 that would be annoying as hell! But you get used to it quick I’m sure

Other than that, there isn't anything else they can't have. There are so many options for milk that make it easy.

My BIL allergic to shell fish so he’s always got talk to the wait staff when he goes out, seems annoying to me but gotta be done!
