I've had similar ingredients on a pizza, and surprisingly, it was delicious. 

It was from a spot out in Denver called Cart Driver, one of their seasonal pizza had Palisades peaches, prosciutto, and burrata on it.

It's rather good!

I know there's a whole controversy around fruit on pizza. However, I don't mind blurring the lines to try different combinations. At first glance, they might not seem as though they work well together, but they do.
