I have wounds that will never heal. 
It just hurts so much that I’ve gotta be reminded of them frequently.

It’s not easy to stay strong and sometimes I just feel like a bullet hit me. 

Yet I resist my sadness feelings.. or I try. Today I succumbed.

I truly don't believe we're build to hold it in all the time, letting it out helps us to be stronger to carry those wounds that may never heal. It will hurt but we have to look within and find ways to make tomorrow just a little better than yesterday.
