The minimum investment is about $1000 in ETH about 0.294 ETH exactly? If I invest, this could guarantee to get IDO tokens? 

It's a bit high investment for me, but maybe it could be worth it, much more than a "Meme" which I don't have so much faith in haha.

If it’s a stretch for you then don’t do it. Maybe take a chance on the lower tier that isn’t guaranteed an allocation.
