Just executed a storage ceiling increase from 500k to 600k units. The protocol team is working on some analysis of storage growth and usage, but this increases headroom a bit.

Expanding our storage ceiling to 600k units. 

The ceiling is a failsafe to prevent our network from going faster than the hubs can handle. We're at 95% and doing well, so we're going to increase the limit from 500k to 600k
