You can bridge to optimism on #OKX Web 3. Gas is very cheap there. Just import your wallet there. 

Next go to https://socialsummer.xyz/project/201863462964

Connect your wallet, then tap on the ETH on the top right of the page, you will be prompted to bridge $2 to Cyber ETH.

Next click on switch network so your wallet can be on Cyber network. 

Link to add Cyber network to your Metamask.
