hypothetically speaking say I had $30M worth of $Wif and proceeded to market dump it all in one clip while also having a max leveraged short open on an exchange.  

1) would this work? 

2) Is this legal? 

3) If not how much jail time would I face?

1) theoretically: yes. 
2) it’s not not legal I reckon. esp if you didn’t create the token. you’d be a market maker!
3) prob little to none bc you have a $30M lawyer budget!
