honestly 0 idea about the mechanisms behind airswap, but Nomad is the OG trader who's been around since the beginning and actually groks all the tech so I outsource my opinions on "decentralized" trading stuff to him

as most people who make DAOs are idealists, good hearts, but most of the time big holes in the governance structure that make it way more centralized than anyone likes to admit who controlled the DAO funds?

everyone voted on what to do with funds. (by everyone i mean governance token holders + contributors). also, tbf i think you need a bit of centralisation to have things run smoothly. at least right now. i should write about that.

ok but who actually controlled the funds was it a multisig that only a few team members had access to and everyone else was trusting that they'd follow the vote as requested?
