What are you feelings on Deep Work? Yes Cal Newport style but also just generally having focused work time with all Internet and phone distractions silenced.

incredible. How extreme are you deep work days? Don't check your phone? Try not to Warpcast?

i try to do two 4-hour blocks of deep work everyday. phones stowed away. only tools (and spotify) opened on laptop.

so incredible. I try to do 1, 2-hour block a day.

tbf i think it's a different strokes for different folks type thing too. 

i just don't know how to work with distractions. i can't do it.
