Coming from the trad VC world, I'm curious how you deal with investment hypotheses

Like we had hypotheses regarding narratives/trends we expected within the next 5years

Do you also have some mid-term hypotheses or do you make your investments mainly based on short-term hypotheses (expectatuons for the next 1/2years)?

1. Dif tokens should be held for dif reasons 

2. It is important to look at the network effect of an ecosystem. 
-How many developers are contributing or building on top of a platform. 
-Is there interoperability between use-cases on the network
-How much of the activity is driven by organic use vs coordinated clout

1. BTC & ETH are great long term opportunities. You could trade, but buy and hold seems to be the conventional narrative.

2. L1s & L2s are different & knowing why is critical. All quality projects have written a white paper, so evaluate it to see if you think the token structure aligns stakeholders to grow the network
