Imagine if thunder damage had a chance to emulate the effects of brown sound causing diarrhea. 
The effect could stack like reverberation. Instead of being knocked prone you're doubled over cramping and soiling your armor.
If it stacks high enough it can cause hemorrhaging.

I had Diarrhea mid fight once, and if anything it made me more menacing.
The pain, sickness, and embaressement fueled my agression and buffed me. But thats real life. Fantasy Diarrhea can have any effect you gawd dayumn well please!
