What is the biggest problem with on-chain Oracles right now?

That's true unless the 'Feeds' that provide the data to the protocol are also onboarded in a decentralized way, such as by a governance vote, then technically, that Oracle isn't decentralized. The centralized entity that runs the Oracle decides which 'Feeds' provide data and which don't. This could be abused.

I'd say they're not truly decentralized, by and large to the protocol and the governance around them.
