I did try it It is worth the extra bit of effort for more crunch but do remember to shake it or separate the pieces while air-frying or you’ll make a giant fry clump by accident like me 😅 (I’ve also been marinating chuck steak in shio koji overnight to get ribeye like tenderness 🥩)
