2. pdf gets delivered to them via downloadable link (within the mini app or via dc or via email) 
3. i see customer list so i can follow up for feedback

does this already exist? is there a way to use @percs to do this?

1) do all transactions always send me a DC from the user with a basescan link? or is it only if they leave a note in the transaction?

2) if i am not mutual with the customer does it goes into direct requests?

i'm refreshing my warplet frequently for now just in case i miss anything and would like to be reassured that i won't accidentally miss an order 😅

 it's a bit confusing b/c warpcast rewards don't DC anything so i am not sure if it's consistent behavior

That's pretty cool actually. We had a similar flow 
* user pays inside the frame
* receives a DC from the seller
* the seller can configure the message

Without that app, a quick way to do is by adding the Warplet address on Rainbow as a read only wallet.

As soon as someone sends you something, you'll get notified.
