This was my first time cooking pompano so I kept it really simple. Butter, lemon, herbs, and oil served with risotto and broccoli. Such a delicious and buttery fish!

thank you so much! I enjoy editing so I appreciate the shoutout. Funny enough I always put the catch first in my videos, this was an experiment since it's a Food group. I thought that some people would be more interested in the cooking than the catch so I actually swapped the order!
