Week 3 as non smoker

Had bachelor parties, nights out and stressful situations. It was hard but easy to stay rational and say no to myself. Even though I still have cigs.

Third week: the hardest. Being on vacation with 2 small kids (0-3). Never alone, missing those tiny breaks I used to have.

Those first weeks are the hardest- congrats! It gets much easier after the first month, I found. I quit under similar circumstances family-wise.

Congrats!!! Im often asking myself why I didn’t wait a couple months so the fam situation would have been a bit more balanced out. But great to hear it’s gonna be easier in a few weeks💪💪
