on cloud kitchens: “food is at the center of the human experience that has a lot of problems: health, cost, etc. that could be a hell of a lot better. Uber Eats is a starting point. the difference with cars and food is that the infrastructure for cars was already there. the idea for cloud kitchens is infrastructure for better food.”

Making take out so convenient it is the norm does not improve health or cost. It does put a lot of money in Travis’ pocket though
